In 1991, Slayer released the double disk live album called "Decade of Aggression", which included the best hits of the band......During the tour with Guns N' Roses in 1992, James Hetfield suffered second and third degree burns due to unfortunate pyrotechnics during the song "Fade to Black" . It left him unable to play guitar, and that was why John Marshall filled in temporarily on guitar while James continued to sing......In 1996 Slipknot managed to find the necessary 30.000$, and the album (1000 copies) was released. But this recording was more like a demo and was entitled "Mate, Feed, Kill, Repeat"...
