The album was not an initial financial success, but it earned Metallica a growing fanbase among extreme music lovers......During the tour with Guns N' Roses in 1992, James Hetfield suffered second and third degree burns due to unfortunate pyrotechnics during the song "Fade to Black" . It left him unable to play guitar, and that was why John Marshall filled in temporarily on guitar while James continued to sing......Everything was perfect: AC/DC imbued the audience with their positive energy, rhythmical music, inspiring lyrics and special atmosphere of live performances.
